By booking a stay at Pen-Rhos Luxury Glamping, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.

• We accept credit/debit cards and online payments.

• All balances must be paid in full before check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival: Full refund.

• Cancellations made 15-29 days before arrival: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: No refund.

• No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 10:30 AM

• Late check-out requests may be accommodated but are subject to availability.

4. Site Rules & Guest Responsibilities

✔ Quiet hours: Please respect fellow guests and keep noise levels low between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
✔ No smoking inside the glamping wagons.
✔ Pets are welcome, but must be kept under control at all times.
✔ Guests must dispose of waste responsibly and leave the accommodation in good condition.

5. Liability & Damages

• Guests are responsible for any damages to the accommodation or property.

• We are not liable for personal belongings left unattended during your stay.

• Use of hot tubs, fire pits, and outdoor facilities is at your own risk.

6. Extreme Weather & Force Majeure

In the event of extreme weather, unforeseen circumstances, or government restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. Guests will be given the option to rebook at a later date.
